Health and age have strong relation amongst themselves. At different ages different health issues come in light. Here we talk about different age groups and their health requirements in brief. Small children of the age group 1-6 years require very much attention towards their health. Children are so sensitive and are prone to more diseases. It is advisable to parents that they should take care of their children as much as possible. Children should get vaccinations at proper time so that they remain safe from deadly viruses and bacteria. After this age the body gets adjusted to the environment. After childhood person can become a little lenient towards his health. By this age the immunity of body becomes strong enough and can stay unaffected from diseases. But as a person crosses the age of 50 years, immunity of body becomes weaker. Again person needs to take very much care of his health. At this not only immunity becomes weak, but many other diseases happen due to weaking of muscles and bones. One should take care of their health in old age.

A person’s health starts degrading when the age increases. As person grows older his body becomes much more weak and susceptible to many diseases. This is the reason why elderly people are advised to take utmost care of their health. Old age is the only age where people need to take each move very carefully. Any small mistake can cause severe problems. Old age is the crucial age and health is the only thing which should be well taken care of at this age. Many changes are required in the life style of such people. The major changes are made in their eating habits. People older in age should take very light food as in this age digestion power becomes weak and heavy food may not suit their body. Also they should do walking regularly as it keeps their muscles moving. Also yoga and meditation is really good for old people as it gives them peace. Older people should have positive attitude towards their life and should stay happy. Happiness is the best way to have healthy mind as well as body.

It has been seen as that you grow up you have to take more care of your health. It has been observed that elderly people who take care of their eating habit well they have longer life span in comparison to those who are not that particular about their diet. As a person’s age increases, his body system and different organs become less active and do not perform that actively. Therefore a person has to manage his life style very accurately so that he can have a longer life. The elderly people are advised to take food items, which can be easily digested. Also they are advised to go for a walk daily in order to keep the muscles of legs and hands in proper order. Also they want peace of mind so their children should give them as much happiness as they can. It is the best way by which elderly people can stay fit and healthy.
