Breakfast: The Most Important Meal Of The Day

The old adage “breakfast like a king, eat like a prince and dine like a beggar” has some scientific reason. Many believe that if we skip breakfast input will reduce the total calories during the day and go down in weight. Unfortunately, the opposite is true. If you do not eat breakfast, eat more during the day.
Research by the University of Texas found that eating more calories early in the morning, reducing the total calorie intake. If you eat larger meals later in the day, will not be as satisfactory and therefore tend to eat more.
Foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans and nuts, leading to a lower input of total calories, no matter what time of day you eat.
On the other hand, refined foods like bagels, muffins and sweets, make you eat more. In other words, the breakfast is good, but it is a good breakfast (one to be absorbed slowly, that contains protein: eggs, nut butters, a protein shake, or whole grains and nuts) is even better to prevent metabolic fluctuations throughout the day. Maybe this is that studies have shown that, apart from being beneficial emotionally, breakfast is one of the few things that consistently correlate with longevity and a healthy weight.
Breakfast is just that, “break the fast” night. Eat when you get up again to put sugar in normal, wake up your metabolism and metabolism predisposes to be steady all day.
So break the fast in the morning. What will be healthier, give you more energy during the day and help you lose weight.

we know that after a good sleep our body need a very healthy diet supplyment
For a good day and to show good progress all the day doing a good breakfast is very important. not doing a proper breakfast effects your healths and day progress very much. Freedrak Sondron writes first i use to do an heavy breakfast later on i started to reduce it and use to eat only one toast and a cup of coffee. it started to effect my health and i went to Doctor. Doctor told me to good breakfast.
most of people do very less breakfast and cannot do work rightly all the day. this less food is not enough for the hard work you have to do all the day. and when they comes back they eats good food in dinner which was needed to eat at breakfast.
many experiment about this are done and it is found if a person do good breakfast it keeps his health good, mentally fit and happy. so i will advice all the people to take a heavy breakfast don,t go to office or school by just taking a piece of toast. So Eat properly a heavy breakfast to have a nice happy and Fresh day.

Breakfast is meal that is taken in the morning, derived from the “breaking the fast” which means one has not taken anything after dinner during sleep, this meal is thus considered as the most important meal of the day as it has to boost the body after a long hunger.
A survey revealed that people who skip breakfast have slower reaction times; small children who skip breakfast have greater hyperactivity, anxiety and decreased ability to concentrate in studies. Eating a right breakfast has many benefits, it reduces sleepiness feeling during noon, body remains active throughout the whole day, increases alertness and concentrating power of the body, and helps getting rid of blues. Breakfast should contain all the nutrients in a proportional manner, should be full of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, fats etc. Thus there is no problem in taking a heavy morning meal like that of a king as the extra energy is utilized in the day to day activities. So start your day right by eating a healthy breakfast.

Morning: Take a glass of lukewarm water mixed with the juice of half lemon and a teaspoon of honey, or a glass of fresh fruit juice of any available seasonable fruit such as apple, pineapple, orange, sweet lime and grapes.
Breakfast: Breakfast remains as the most important part of our diet. Eat fruits such as apple, orange, banana, grapes, or any available seasonal fruits, a cup of butter-milk or unpasteurised milk and a handful of raw nuts or a couple of tablespoons of sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Snacks: Ideally it should be an apple or a banana or any other fruit.
Lunch: Lunch should be lighter than breakfast. Eat a bowl of steamed vegetables using salt, vegetable oil and butter for seasoning, one or two slices of whole grain bread or chappatis and a glass of butter-milk.
Dinner: Skip a dinner if you are into weight loss program or take a very light dinner. A large bowl of fresh salad made up of green vegetables, such as tomatoes, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, red beet and onion with lime juice dressing, any available sprouts such as alfalfa seeds, and mung beans , a warm vegetable course, if desired, one tablespoon of fresh butter, cottage cheese or a glass of butter-milk.
Do not drink liquids with meals. The water should be taken half an hour before meals or an hour after meals. Milk, buttermilk, and vegetable soups are foods and can be taken with meals.

Here is a great way to start off the day with a breakfast skillet. Begin by peeling four potatoes and cutting into small chunks. Boil them until they are tender, then drain well. To the potatoes, add six or seven eggs that have been whisked with a dash of milk. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until the eggs are almost done, then add your choice of cheese. I have used velvetta before and sliced cheese. I have also used shredded cheddar cheese or colby. Really the possiblitlies are endless. Add a few cheeses for variety.
If desired add some cooked meat. Add bacon, ham, or sausage to the skillet and stir and heat until fully cooked. Or add some veggies such as onions, greeen peppers, mushrooms, olives. Whatever you wish will taste great.
I serve this skillet with toast and juice. It has all the other componets of a healthy breakfast.

To keep yourself healthy and fit nutrition should be taken care of in proper manner and when we talk about the nutrition, we break it into three important meals; break fast, lunch and dinner. Break fast is the most important part of our diet and should never be ignored. When we start our day we need a energy storage to consume in our various day to day activities through out the day.
Some people start their day early in the morning and often ignore the break fast and may take a light meal assuming it’s too early to stuff the stomach and lunch can supplement the things properly and even if they fail to take lunch properly they stuff the stomach in dinner which is very un-healthy. Break fast gives a start up energy for entire day and should have the maximum nutrients and maximum calories. Take out a fixed time for your breakfast exclusively and eat calmly the required nutrients properly. Avoid exercise after taking breakfast to avoid fatigue.

Do you plan your meals right is a big and important question often asked by your family doctor and probably doctor finds it difficult to get a satisfactory answer most of the time. We assume that we are planning our meals in right manner and we are taking good nutrients every day, but can you really measure the quality of your meals or the calories you are taking in your meals and most importantly are you taking the right meals at right time, I mean the largest portion of meal at the time of breakfast and the smallest at the time of dinner.
If any one of the above questions have answer as no, then you are not in the right direction and you must listen carefully your dietician and adhere to the plan suggested by him. Like other activities in life we need proper planning for our meals as well and please remember while our assets in life can be recovered without pain but health once lost gives a lot of pain. So, plan your meals properly and have a healthy and fit life.
