Body Excess more body hair in women is not just aesthetic. A recent report by British doctors, excessive hairiness can be an indicator of some other underlying problem. Between 5 and 15% of women have hair too, is a disease caused by hormones in most cases. However, College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, United Kingdom, it was reported that many women do not want a doctor of modesty.

According to the BBC News report, doctors have tried to emphasize that this is not true, as has been shown that 70-80% of cases are due to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a major cause of infertility in women. Hair: No cosmetic or health problem?

The author of these studies, Dr. Rebecca Swingle Hospital St. Michael (Bristol), explained that the disorder is scientifically known as hirsutism, and causes, and villi, anxiety and psychological problems. Hirsutism usually occurs most often in young women where there is excessive hair growth in areas that are considered lip androgen-dependent (top, sideburns, chin, neck, back). In addition to PCOS, may indicate a disorder of certain tumors or thyroid dysfunction, although very low percentages. weight loss also in overweight women can help reduce high levels of testosterone, which is responsible for some cases of excess hair.

Less severe cases can be treated with surgery, but compared with the images more intense hormone therapy (such as birth control pills) are more effective, Swingler said. Women are reluctant to admit they have, it is difficult to know exactly how many women suffer because they are generally very reluctant to seek help in solving this problem. Dr. Swingler said that "women are often hired for years to hide her hirsutism before going to the doctor.

There are many great things about starting an aerobics program for your body. One of the greatest things about aerobics is that you can use it to burn fat in ways that are easier on your body than dieting. It is very simple to burn fat using aerobics as exercise, because there are many ways that you can train your body to do the work that it is supposed to in order to really get the most out of the aerobics that you are doing.

While you are building up a sweat and working on your heart rate, all of your muscles are also getting great things out of the aerobics work that you are doing. As you bring new blood and oxygen to all of your body systems, you are going to find that you are giving yourself the best chance to really get rid of all that unwanted fat as you go along. Working hard to burn fat is something that you can finally take control of when you are doing aerobics on a regular basis.

When you body is in constant motion, all of the body systems are working hard to maintain body functions at a normal rate. Because your muscles need to be moving more, your heart is going to have to work harder because the only way to get your muscles to move faster is to supply them with more blood and therefore more oxygen. Because your heart has to work harder your lungs need to work harder to provide your heart with the oxygen that it needs to keep pumping.

All of these things are going to work in tandem with each other to make a situation in which you are really getting the most out of your entire work out. When all of these systems are working together, you are going to find that you are much stronger than you think you would be. As your entire body fights to work harder, you are going to find that actually you are burning fat because your body needs energy to keep moving and to stay moving at a certain rate. It will find this energy in the stored pockets of fat that you have in your body. All of these things are going to happen quickly, and you will find that you are going to be much better off as you start to work out using aerobics more often.

As we know that around 70% of our body weight is comprised of water and about 75% and slightly above of the entire muscles are made primarily of water. We receive water in three ways in body: while eating food, while drinking and when body metabolism is going on. 2.5 to 3 liters of water is required for a healthy and fit body; it’s been a old proven standard. Develop a habit for this. You will get surprised to know this that drinking alcoholic beverages dehydrates your body instead of providing water to your body which we are generally not aware of. Sometimes water may also help suppress your appetite which helps reducing extra calorie intake which further helps in reducing unwanted fat from the body. Drink enough water and help your body fight with many medical ailments: chronic fatigue, allergies, depression, digestive problems, urinary tract problems, constipation, skin troubles and many more.  Drink water properly and have a better life!

Water is life for us; our 70% of the body is made of this; but we don’t give 70% weight age to include water in our daily dietary habits. Adequate water gives you a healthy body as well as a healthy skin. Never ignore drinking water even in cold weather and in case of not feeling thirsty. Water is required for getting rid of waste material from your body… and is quite possibly the single most important contributor to healing and preventing acne which has been a major health issue with young people. What is the required amount of water every day? Ideally you should drink at least 10 glasses of water a day for flawless and charming skin. Water is literally your body’s life force. It is involved in nearly every bodily process, including digestion, absorption, circulation and excretion. Water is the main transporter of all nutrients taken from food throughout your body. If we don’t have enough water , toxins can build up causing breakouts. Water flushes these toxins from the body.

Acidity and Heartburn: Know How

Acidity, hyperacidity, acid dyspesia, acid reflux are synonims and don’t get confused with different names, they all produce heart burn in upper body and cause restlessness and pain; some times quite serious. Acidity can be a result of improper diet and irregular habits like smoking, drinking alcohol, eating spicy food, wearing tight clothes and not sleeping well; just to name a few.

Acidity happens when body has to produce extra acid elements in order to digest the complex food and in case of lack of proper digestive ability of the body it becomes a frequent concern. Acid Reflux Disease causes harms to the esophagus as the acidic contents from the stomach, containing acids and

pepsin, pushes back to the esophagus since the sphincter develops into weak

and can no-more prevent the contents from stomach from gushing back in

esophagus. Some times due to skipping meals, not eating on time, eating too much or too less also causes acidity or hyper acidity.

Regular Health Mistakes: Avoid Them

Don’t cross your legs at your knees when sitting. Sitting this way cuts down circulation to your legs.

Change your tooth brush every fortnight. This will keep you away from mouth infections.

Don’t get into the habit of eating out frequently. There are oils that are high in cholesterol, and oils that cause little harm and are better for your heart. However, no matter how light the oil is, it is never a good idea to eat too much of it. Avoid fried foods.

Never, ever skip breakfast. Remember, when you wake up in the morning it’s been around 10-12 hours since your last meal. Your body needs food now, more than at any other time. Eat a heavy breakfast.

High heels are murder for your back. This however doesn’t mean you should steer clear of stilettos. Wear them, but not when you know you will be walking around a lot.

Don’t always sleep on a soft bed. You don’t have to sleep on the floor be kind to your back, but do make sure you have a firm mattress.

No matter how comfortable sleeping with ten cushions is, have pity on your neck and resist. Sleep with one pillow, and make sure it is not too thick.

So all of us know we should exercise more, but many of us don’t. This is a health mistake we consciously make! And why is that? Simply because we refuse to admit the damage we are causing to our bodies by not working out.

Body Weight Reflects Level of Happiness

I have noticed that my body weight seems to track my overall level of happiness. When I get stressed out, I turn to food for comfort. Food is comforting and it doesn’t talk back at you. Food is there to soothe my nerves. Food is a short term fix much like alcohol is to an alcoholic. Food is a band-aid to patch a broken heart. Food is love. It is if my brain has been programmed to seek out an endorphine release by ingestion of food. Of course, this just backfires when I pile on the weight and then just feel worse. When food is love, the whole world eventually crumbles beyond that short term comfort fix that food provides.

Some folks say you have to love yourself first. It seems that just when I begin to feel good about things, something comes along and knocks me right back into the self-destructive cycle of food addiction. I’ve tried various SSRI medications to no avail. I’ve tried atkins, fasting, and other diets and although I might take off a few pounds initially, I end up going right on back to my old ways. It’s almost as if I have a starving heart and am filling it up with an artificial fillings and stuffings.
