Although the explode advance of modern medication and surgery technology had improved a lot in the recent years; and the early advise of healthy eating and nutritional advises from our family doctors, we still have to learn to take care of ourselves better. Especially the aging people, like people past the 55 marks. We knew for the fact when people are aging, their body immune system won’t be as strong as before, and they should avoid any risk to break it down.
Avoid eating too much meat, and try to take more green food on your daily consumption. For instance, my uncle is closed to 60 years of his age, and he is a meat lover. He likes steak, and he likes chicken wings etc……. Lately, he’ve gotten his family doctor advises that he should cut back on those meat eating, because it might increase the chance of high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Now, he is more focus on eating on vegetables more than meat. I am trying to say totally avoid the meat, but consume it less than you usually do.
Do not eat too much at dinner time, because you usually exercise less when it is close to bedtime. Eating too much before you go to bed increase a chance of fat stomach. You might also want to take it into consideration.
Exercise more often. Aging people should take a regular exercise, like walking around the neighborhood, for fresh air in the morning. Or they can go to the park, and hike as much as they can in a week. Those exercise really help stretch their muscles and bones, and increasing a healthy living.

There is no need to discuss why is fitness required for a good health. It is not age specific. Every person has to be fit irrespective of his or her age. If a person is healthy, he may encourage even a society to be healthy. But before exercising your heart out, one should understand that certain exercises are very age specific and should be done for the people of an appropriate age. Teenagers should prefer not lifting too much weight as this may harm their bones. Similarly, the young people should indulge in more demanding exercises which are really important for their fitness. The people of the age group above 35 and 40 are more prone to problems like high cholesterol, diabetes and high blood pressure. These people are advised to do mild exercises which will keep them in shape and but also decrease the risk of these problems getting fatal.

Age is the accumulation of changes in an organism or object over time. It deals with social, physical and psychological changes. Health is interlinked with age.
With the growth in age, health of a person declines. People want to live up to ecstasy but at the same time they don’t want to do anything for it. We cannot stop ourselves from growing older but we can at the same time improve our health. We need to do a regular workout so that our muscle does not get jammed. Eating habits contribute a lot to person’s health. Whatever we eat is reflected on our face. People eating oily and spicy food all the time have very disturbed and improper metabolism whereas people having healthy food and lots of fruit have proper digestion and glow on their face. If we are healthy inside it automatically reflects out side we will feel fit and fresh all the time. So if one wants to look younger than their age then one should regularly do physical exercise as this world works on the mantra “survival of the fittest”.

If your pituitary gland is not much active exercise is one of the best ways to make your all hormones act well in the body. Running, cycling, jumping, stretching and rope climbing are the best options for exercise which not only will help activate your hormones but also will reduce extra fat which gives body a good shape.
