It could be healthier

Every single food on this planet that is considered unhealthy can be made healthier! You have to switch it to whole grains, fresh veggies and fruits, lean meats and 2% cheese, and good fats. Its not hard to do. Here are some examples:
French fries deep fried: Change to sweet potatoe fries cut up and baked
Ketchup: Buy reduced sugar ketchup instead
Burger: Grill it instead of frying it. Use lean ground turkey and place on a whole wheat bun. Only use one bun.
Hot dog: Use 100% beef, lean, or turkey dogs
Chicken salad: Don’t use canned chicken. Use lite mayo
Waffles: Buy kashi waffles and use sugar free syrup. Top with fresh fruits.
See, there are ways to reinvent every single food, using healthy ingredients instead!
Thanksgiving Side

Everyone who is attending Thanksgiving lunch brings something. Such examples are rolls, or chips, or the pie, or ham. My job is to buy and prepare a salad. I love salads so I will enjoy this job. This is what I’m thinking of making: Oh and I’m not the type of person to just bring the typical whatever, I always have to make my dish SPECIAL and unique, and most of all, healthy.
The salad will have these ingredients:
Romaine lettuce, chopped (not big hunks)
baby greens
spinich leaves
grape tomatoes or chopped
chopped celery
shredded carrot
mozerella chunks
sunflower seeds
cucumber slices (English)
And maybe some fruit like grapes or apples
I’ll have these dressings: Ceasar, Italian, Balsamic Vinegarette, Greek Goddess, Ranch
Turkey Meatballs

Ground turkey is healthier for you than ground beef and can be used in any recipe that calls for ground beef. Not only is it healthier but it is generally cheaper than ground beef as well and in these times we can all use a little cheaper grocery bill while still staying healthy.
Turkey Meatballs
1/2 pound ground turkey
1/8 cup chopped carrots
1/8 cup chopped celery
1/8 cup chopped onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together then form into small meatballs. These meatballs can then be fried in a very small amount of oil.
These turkey meatballs can be used in anyway that you would normally use meatballs. Throw them in pasta, eat them alone, or if you are feeling especially unhealthy, into some barbeque sauce! If you are slowly getting your family to eat ground turkey then mix the ground turkey with ground beef until your family becomes used to the taste.

To Soften Hands
Mutton tallow is considered excellent to soften the hands. It may be rubbed on at any time when the hands are perfectly dry. Another good rule is to rub well in dry oatmeal after every washing, and be particular regarding the quantity of soap. Cheap soap and hard water are the unknown enemies of many people, and the cause of rough skin and chapped hands. Castile soap and rain water will sometimes cure without any other assistance.
To Soften Hands After Soapsuds
One can have the hands in soapsuds with soft soap without injury to the skin if the hands are dipped in vinegar or lemon juice immediately after. The acids destroy the corrosive effects of the alkali, and make the hands soft and white.
To Soften Hands Where Roughened
Indian meal and vinegar or lemon juice used on hands where roughened by cold or labor will heal and soften them. Rub the hands in this, then wash off thoroughly.
