Smoking I s A Bad Habit

Lung cancer is one of the main reason why important to stop smoking.If you love your life think now…I really dont know whats in the cigarette that some other people try to learn this kind of unhealthy habit.I cant see anything good cigarette can give you.Your like burning your lungs,the smell is really not good.My father is a chain smoker since he is in his young age.But its almost 6 years now that he stop smoking even its so hard for him at first.He’s already 63 years old now and there’s a lot of symptom begun to feel and coming out.He got an asthma and hypertension.Its very hard for him to taking out this habit for how many years and suddenlyhe has to stop because of some health conditions,and afraid to get a lung cancer.His now more healthier than before,more active.My three boy siblings also got into smoking in their young age from the influence of some friends.And i keep telling them that they have to stop it because maybe someday like my father their LUNGs is in trouble.Lung cancer is a serious illness.To share a small views from my chemistry teacher when im in high school is that”ONE STICK A DAY,IS ONE SECOND OF YOUR LIFE LOST.”
The Best Thing About Water

Water has a lot of benefits,from washing the dishes,washing the clothes,for taking a bath,for cooking,for cleaning,and most specially for drinking.I personally really love to drink a lot of water 8 to 10 glasses a day or more.Its so refreshing,and sometimes its a good medicine,water theraphy when you are sick.WATER is also a gift of LIFE.How human,plants,animals,and other living things will live without water?Its one of the precious gift of GOD in this world.Drinking a lot of water really helps for us not to dehydrates,it cleans our body inside and out,it can also help our skin and hair to be healthy always.Its a mineral that keeps our body always active.Persperation that came out to our body is also water,thats why when we are outdoor walking,malling,playing,or any activities that involving movements,our body is really need water to drink.Thirsty of water is good,softdrinks,or juices are not good as a replacement for water.Sometimes,specially summer our body is asking for water or anything that is refreshing.We sometimes take a bath twice or thrice a day.So conserving our water is very important because its hard to live in this world without water.Everybody is going to die in this world without WATER.Every drop of it is a GIFT from GOD.
