Oil of Eucalyptus in one of the best things that you can buy for your body. It does so many things that I consider it to be a miracle oil. First off when my boyfriend was having chest pains when he had bronchitis we rubbed it in on him and within a few minutes he felt better.
Last week his whole body ached. I rubbed it in over his entire body and he said he felt a lot better than when we used Icy Hot.
This oil has to be a high grade theraputic oil to get any use out of it. Do not buy the cheap stuff as it will not do the trick. Expect to pay about $20 or more for a small bottle. The price may scare you off but it is well worth it. I highly recommend getting a bottle just to leave in the medicine cabinet. You will be glad that you did. You can use this for any aches and pains that you may have from arthritis to just not feeling well. Also you can use it if you have a cold sore. I have used it on tired feet and it feels like a dream. They say you can also clean with this but I have yet to do this.

Sweet potatoes are a excellent side dish to prepare for your family. They are loaded with lots of flavor and have many nutrients in them as well, such as copper, magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin B6. They also contain biotin and dietary fiber as well as iron and riboflavin.
Sweet potatoes also are full of carotenes. They are also good because since they have lots of vitamin C and A they can help remove free radials in the body.
Sweet potatoes will help your stomach because they are good for stomach ulcers. They are also a good food to eat if you have an inflamed colon.
Sweet potatoes can be prepared the same way that baked potatoes are. You can even make mashed sweet potatoes, and sweet potato fries which are very very good.
If you have high blood pressure, you could lower it by eating sweet potatoes. You can also lower your chances for hemorroids if you eat them since they are so high in fiber.
Sweet potatoes are great as a dish for your Thanksgiving table. They can be jazzed up with mini marshmallows or walnuts and the flavor is then simply amazing. But anyway you serve them they will be fantastic.

Cheesy corn casserole is one of the best casseroles to fix. It is very easy to make and goes well with lots of meals, such as steak, chicken or pork. Plus the cheese makes it high in calcium and the corn gives it lots of fiber and is low in calories. It also contains vitamin C , vitamin B1, B5, and E and folac acid. Corn is also very low in cholesterol and has potassium and niacin in it. Plus corn is a good source of magnesium. Corn can also help prevent heart disease .
Begin by cooking half a cup of the O noodles until they are tender. Drain well then add one can of corn that has been drained well and one can of creamed corn. To this add two cups of cubed velvetta with calcium. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. I prefer to stir mine half way through so it all melts together nicely.
This casserole will help children eat corn because they will view it as a type of macaroni and cheese. And you will enjoy is as well because it is a comforting food to eat with all its ooey gooey goodness.

Squash is a favorite fall veggie of mine. I love how they taste, and they are so easy to make. My all time favorite squash is the acorn squash because of its great flavor. The following recipe is one that is quick and easy and the whole family will enjoy.
Begin by cutting an acorn squash in half. Scoop out the seeds from the center. I find that it is easiest to do this with an ice cream scoop. When you get all the seeds out, lay it in a baking dish and add a spoonful of butter to each side of the acorn squash. Then you will be adding some brown sugar to the centers as well. I usually add about two tablespoons to each half but you can add as much as you like.
Bake them for about 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees. The butter and brown sugar make a great combo with the acorn squash. You can also microwave the squash if you are short on time and it will turn out to be just as great tasting. To serve, but place on a plate and scoop the squash out from the center, leaving the shell behind.

They are often very cheap at the store as well so it is not hard to reap in the benefits that green peppers have to offer.
Green peppers are wonderful in the following recipe. You will be very surprised at how fast these appitizers go as they are so good. Begin by taking two green peppers and washing them off then slicing them. Take a package of softened cream cheese and mix it with a package of the dry ranch mix. Mix well. Spread the cream cheese mixture on tortillas, then add some green peppers to the top of the cream cheese. Roll up the tortillas and let them chill for about an hour. Cracked Lips

Cracked Lips hurt a lot. But you can relieve them with some simple steps. Soon you will be on the road to recovery with these awesome tips.
Use a lip balm everyday. This will deliver some moisture to your lips. Pretty much any kind of lip balm will do. There are so many on the market these days that you can get any flavor of them.
Carry your lip balm around where ever you go. If your lips feel dry then apply some. There is nothing wrong with having to apply lip balm every hour. If your lips are needing it, I would much rather apply it than to have dry cracked lips all day, which is not very attractive at all.
Do not lick your lips. Ever! This will only dry your lips out more making them more likely to crack or get chapped. Plus this is an unattractive habit so you are breaking two stones with one sword.
Gently exfoliate your lips at night. You can do this with a washcloth and some water. Just rub the washcloth over the lips in a circular motion,. Do not rub hard. This will get rid of all the dry skin that is on the lips. Or another way to exfoliate is to go over your lips with your toothbrush when you are done brushing your teeth. Just make sure there is no toothpaste left on it.

Cracked hands are the worst feeling ever. They can really hurt and can often times start to bleed. Often they are the worst in cold weather. With winter just around the corner, you can protect your hands and get them healthy all at the same time. Here is how to do it.
Look for soaps that are moisturizing. This will help you out some. If your soap can give your hands a little extra moisture that means that it is not drying them out so that is a good thing.
After washing your hands, do not rub your hands hard to dry them. This will only aggrivate them.
Dry your hands well. Wet hands will chap easier if you are headed right outside.
After your hands are dried well, apply a good hand cream. I prefer ones with vitamins in it. Lather it one and work into the hands well, paying attention to the areas that are cracked.
At night apply a heavier hand cream. If hands are cracked really bad, you may wish to sleep with gloves on to help them get the best benefits of your hand cream.
Following these tips will lead to you hands that are not chapped or cracked. Good luck to you.
