Bird Flu is an epidemic disease that spreads through birds and is not same as human flu. This flu is a severe disease of birds. It is also known as H5N1 influenza. If the government finds any poultry flock infected by this disease this flock is destroyed on the spot to prevent the virus from spreading up.

It is also the responsibility of people to cook poultry to a minimum internal temperature of 170 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure the safety of their health.
