What is Sleep Apnea?

Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder which is quite common. Many people around the world have this. But the problem is that most of them are not aware of this disorder. It is only identified when the spouse of the patient or any of the family members of the patient reveals this.
This disorder is bizarre because in this there are pauses while the person is breathing. Each pause is for about some seconds. And as soon as the pause comes to an end, there is a choking sound.
