When you are suffering from diabetes, you are supposed to have complete control over your diet. In fact, it is very important that you do not eat anything you are not supposed to. A proper diet should be followed on a regular basis. Make sure to eat a whole and hearty breakfast. Also, never forget to drink adequate amounts of water in a day. Improper hydration levels can cause the acid levels in the body to rise. Eat lots of green vegetable and fruits but take care to avoid those rich in Vit.C. Further, as much as possible, try and avoid consuming alcohol and refrain from smoking. Sugar and chocolates can be subjected to on a limited quantity. Avoid extremely spicy foods too.
