Start your shower off by exfoliating with a brown sugar and sea salt body scrub. This will remove dead skin and leave your skin looking fresh and renewed. Proceed to use a very moisturizing body wash and be gentle on your skin. After showering, dry off but not completely. You’ll want to trap the moisture with a good lotion or body butter, depending on how dry your skin is. A good one to try is Yes to Carrots that is actually beneficial to your skin with its beta carotene nutrients. Apply this body butter every time after getting out of the shower. You can apply the lotion daily and a special night time one before going to bed. If you have body acne, be sure to use a salytic acid shower gel such as Neutrogena’s to clear your skin and leave it looking and feeling beautiful. Use a humidifier at night to keep your skin moist and supple. Take an omega 3 supplement to keep away the wrinkles as well.
