Grinding your teeth

Some people and kids have a problem with this, they grind their teeth at night while their sleeping this isnt good cause it can cause all kinds of problems with their teeth especailly in kids, the best thing to do is to talk to their doctor or dentist they may need to wear a guard at night, it’s normally a simple piece of plastic that they wear when they sleep and they cant grind their teeth.

Scolosis is a medical condition that occurs in the spine it can cause the spine to curve, there are other problems that can result in this such as problems in walking, and constant headaches. If you suspect your child having this especailly if there is any family history of it then you should definately have your child checked out.

You want to keep in mind in being safe while using fireworks you want your celebration to be fun and memorable when you light your fireworks make sure there is plenty of space so that the sparks cant catch anything on fire you also want to keep little ones and pets away from them as they can be seriously burned

Now that’s it’s getting warmer it’s definately time for summertime fun, swimming and such but you should keep in mind your little ones and to protect them from the sun even if they tan easily like a couple of mine do you still want to use some sort of sunblock and also a hat and sunglasses are a good idea for the little ones too.

Having a first aid kit

It’s a good idea to have a first aid kit put together and have it be in a place where it’s easily accesible. This is especially true if you have little ones around you may find yourself reaching for the fist aid kit several times a day. A very basic one would contain banaids, antibacterial onitment, benadryl and then you add add other things to better suit your need

There are all sorts of vitamins on the market so how do you know which one is right to get, I like to get the mulitvitamin and if your a woman you want one that is high in calcuim and iron, men are a little different if your in doubt you can always ask the pharamicst or ask your doctor.

It’s really important to eat right when your pregnant your body needs the extra nurtients as well as does the baby that is growing inside. Fish is normally a good food to eat but there are some types to avoid when your pregnant cause of the mercury level in fish is not safe for the baby also eating raw fish is not really a good idea when your pregnant either.
