Natural Remedies for Rheumatoid Arthritis

Arthritis is basically a disease caused due to accumulations of toxins in the joints. However, a few centuries ago, our ancestors have found several natural herbal remedies for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.

Before discussing these herbal remedies, it would be appropriate to mention that mere consumption of herbal remedies may not yield the same results as switching over to vegetarian diet. The vegetarian diet should consist of fruits, vegetable, seeds, nuts, and sprouts.

The natural herbal remedies which are believed to have beneficial and curative properties for rheumatoid arthritis include Ashwagandha (Withania Somniferum), Arthrill Oil, Ginger (Zingiber Officinale) and Shallaki (Boswellia Serrata).

In addition to the above herbal remedy, there is yet another therapy. It is the raw potato juice therapy. According to folk medicine, raw potato juice had been in use for centuries with positive results. The raw potato juice is considered one of the eminently suitable and biological treatments for rheumatic and arthritic conditions.

Black gingerly seeds are another remedy for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. These seeds are to be soaked overnight in water and the water is to be taken in the morning. This remedy is believed to be effective in preventing frequent joint pains. Yet another simple remedy is drinking water stored over night in a copper jug is also considered to be helpful for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
