Experts say there is no magic to “Weight loss exercises”. You get out of it what you put in. That doesn’t mean you have to work out for hours each day. It means you need to work smart. I agree that not all exercises are created equal, but some are simply more efficient than others. A recent study showed that you can burn over 700 calories in just one 45-minute Turbo Jam workout. The “Weight loss exercises” are simple and can be done by anyone at almost any fitness level, though as the workouts advance, they become more exciting and powerful. So, what are the best “weight loss exercises? Let us find it out now.

Turbo Sculpt- A total body workout

It is a 39 minute total body sculpting workout. It’s a fusion of kickboxing, dance, martial arts, and sculpting moves, many which are compound moves. This workout works your abs, arms, legs & gluts, chest, and back.

Walking:

Walking is something you can do anywhere, any time, with no equipment other than a good pair of shoes. Doing a brisk walk can burn up to 500 calories per hour, you could expect to lose a pound for every seven hours you walk, if you did nothing else. Beginners should start by walking five to -10 minutes at a time, gradually moving up to at least 30 minutes per session. Walking requires no prescription, the risk of side effects is very low, and the benefits are numerous.

Interval Training:

The basic definition of Interval Training is exercise that involves a series of runs that are performed at a certain speed followed by period of recovery or low intensity exercise. The series of runs are called Sprint Intervals. These are the high intensity portion of the exercise. The periods of recovery are called Rest Intervals. During a rest interval you do not stop the activity but generally exercise at a low intensity which allows the body to recover from the sprint interval. Adding interval training to your cardiovascular workout will boost your fitness level and help you lose weight.

Push-ups:

If you are a beginner, start by pushing from the kitchen-counter height. Then work your way to a desk, a chair, the floor with bent knees, and, finally, the floor on your toes. Once your form is perfect try T-stabilization push-up. Get into push-up position, and then do your push-ups with one arm raised out to the side, balancing on the remaining three limbs without rotating your hips.

Squats:

Squats work all of the muscles in the legs, and they work the back and abdominal muscles as well. Squats, which work the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutei’s, are an excellent example of strength training “Weight loss exercise”. Bend through your knees with the bar on your back until your hips come lower than parallel. That is until your hip joint comes lower than your knee joint when looking from the side. Come back up. That’s a Squat. However the Squat is probably the trickiest exercise to learn to do with proper technique.

Lunges:

Like squats, lunges work all the major muscles of the lower body: gluteus, quadriceps, and hamstrings. Lunges are a bit more advanced than squats, helping to improve your balance as well. Take a big step forward, keeping your spine in a neutral position. Bend your front knee to approximately 90 degrees, focusing on keeping weight on the back toes and dropping the knee of your back leg toward the floor. To make a lunge even more functional, try stepping not just forward, but back and out to each side.

Bent-over Row:

Bend knees slightly and bend over bar with back straight. Grasp bar with a wide overhand grip. Pull bar to upper waist. Return until arms are extended and shoulders are stretched forward. Repeat. This “Weight loss exercise” works all the major muscles of the upper back, as well as the biceps.

All you need to burn fat are these simple “Weight loss exercises” done in the comfort of your own home. These seven “Weight loss exercises” are excellent, efficient to turbo your fat loss. Done with good technique, all exercises do what they’re supposed to do. The trouble is that poor form can change the whole exercise, putting emphasis or even strain on different areas than intended. So especially if you’re a beginner, it’s a good idea to seek the advice of a fitness trainer- to be sure your form is safe and correct.
