Laughing
July 26th, 2008 by Deni DI just have not laughed like I did in such a long time. I was with a bunch of friends and we just laughed and had a great time talking and remembering the past. Laughing is just a great way to make you feel so good and just alive. It releases endorphins in your body that just make you feel good. I think that everyone should do something with people and have that good time more often. People are just too busy these days and I think that if you just take a few hours a week to have fun and relax and laugh then you would look better, feel better and your health would benefit as well!
