Teach exercise to kids

But how are you going to teach a child to do exercise? It’s the same routine with what the adults do. There’s a warming up, repetition and streching. But the diffrence is, this activity is done moderately.Just a few minutes and few counts and you already have an exercise.
For warm up, walking for about 5 to 10 minutes inside or outside your house can be done.Next, is streching.Do the chest stretch to the child by holding their forearms and slowly stretch sidewards. Then, slowly massage their arms down to their hands. After that do the leg stretch.Support their knee joint and gently lift their legs up and down.
Have an exercise regularly. Children learns through repetition. This could be a perfect bonding activity between a mother and a child. As the child grows and you can see their progress, you can add some activity for the routine.
