Take A Second To Breathe
March 29th, 2008 by Ashley FordWe all lead stressful lives and stress is not good for our health, it actually helps weaken our immune system. My small little tip for everyone out there is to take a few seconds a day and just breathe. You can do this at your desk in the car, wherever you are feeling stressed. Take in a few deep breathes and let them out. You will be amazed at how this little exercise can refocus all your negative energy to positive energy. Also if you are feeling really stressed and angry take those deep breathes and count to ten in the process.
