Healthy Lifestyles Include Regular Exercise

Regular physical activity builds endurance,  improves fitness, and promotes an overall sense of well-being. Even A good brisk walk  every morning or evening will release feel-good endorphins, which will just make you feel and look healthier.  You will get your blood flow moving, and will help your system get rid of toxins in it.  And, the more muscle you have, the faster your body burns calories.  Work towards getting an half-hour of moderate physical activity five times a week. Exercise is essential if you want to be healthy. It can lower cholesterol levels, and lower your risk for heart disease.
If you haven’t been exercising or been active lately, start slowly and work up to your goal. It is always a good idea to check with your doctor as well before starting any exercise regimen.
