Protect Your Teeth
March 26th, 2008 by Ashley FordOne may not classify this as a healthy living tip, but I feel it is. After all you only have one set of teeth after your permanent teeth come in and you should do whatever it takes to keep them clean and keep them healthy. One tip that people may not know is you should hold off on brushing your teeth 30 minutes to an hour after you have eaten or drank something lemony or full of critic acid. This can wear down the enamel on your teeth. The best thing to do is rinse your mouth with water or drink a glass of milk. Milk is a neutralizer and is also good for keeping your teeth strong.
