Which Has More Germs, Cell Phone or Toilet Seat?

By yuck factor alone most people would certainly agree that the toilet seat was dirtier but they would be wrong. It turns out that a cell phone has more germs than a toilet seat does. UK researchers found that a cell phone can have tens of thousands of germs on them and they say it’s because cell phones are kept warm from our breath, putting them in pockets, purses, bags and germs love to be kept warm where they can multiply.

One phone tested from a Good Morning America boom mic operator was the dirtiest phone probably on this planet with ten to 50 million bacteria and germs. Researchers have never seen the like before.
