Sleep For Our Health

Studies keep showing that a vast majority of Americans get by on 5 hours or less sleep a night and even teenagers in highschool are no different. This is bad because your body needs time to rest and a full 8 hoursĀ or more is what our body expects and needs.

Everyone says that they are far too busy to sleep but we should be less busy in these times because unlike years ago, we have faster cars, public transportation, airplanes instead of horses or boats which takes hours to months to reach one destination.

We also have washing machines, stoves and a slew of other machinery that make life easier for us. Not that many seem to notice that. So we should set some time aside just for us to get a better night sleep.
